Where can I find Secondo Te! meals?
Secondo Te! meals are available in Smart Fridges located inside partner companies and at retail points of participating supermarket chains. If you work at a company that has activated the service, all you need to do is download the app, register, connect to the fridge, load credit, and choose your preferred meal.

How do Secondo Te! meals differ from MAP (modified atmosphere packaging) ready-made meals?
Secondo Te! ready meals are vacuum-sealed, cooked at low temperatures and kept fresh, ready to be heated up and enjoyed in just a few minutes. Our technology keeps all of our products fresh for a long time without using preservatives, unlike MAP meals, which typically have a shelf life of only one to two weeks.
What is the low-temperature vacuum-sealed cooking method and what advantages does it offer?
It is an innovative technique that involves cooking food in sealed packages at controlled and constant temperatures for an extended period.
This method preserves all the organoleptic properties of our ready meals, ensuring greater food safety and natural extended preservation without the use of preservatives.
How come Secondo Te! ready meals do not contain preservatives or additives?
Our philosophy is to provide only hearty, healthy, and complete food. Secondo Te! products are vacuum-sealed and cooked at low temperatures, guaranteeing long natural preservation without the need for preservatives or chemical additives. This process keeps the nutritional and organoleptic properties of the ingredients intact, enhancing their authentic flavour. The results are fresh, healthy and tasty meals just like homemade ones.

What is a Smart Fridge for offices and how does it work?
It is a refrigerator that, thanks to RFID technology, can read the meals placed in and taken out, automatically deducting the price of the selected meals from your online wallet.
How does restocking of Smart Fridges in companies work?
The service is fully automated and managed by our staff. Through a digital dashboard, we monitor the status of each of our company Smart Fridges in real time. When the number of available meals starts to run low, the system alerts us and we immediately organise restocking, without the company having to do anything. This way, we always ensure a variety of fresh foods are available to employees.
Who takes care of assistance and maintenance in the case of issues with Smart Fridges?
In case of malfunctions or anomalies, we promptly intervene to restore the correct operation of the dispenser. Our clients do not have to worry about anything: the service is included in the supply contract, and we also take care of ordinary maintenance at no additional cost to your company.
How is payment for meals made in smart fridges at the company?
Directly through the app with immediate charge and a digital receipt.
Can meals be purchased with meal vouchers?
Of course, you can conveniently pay with your company meal vouchers.
Can we customise the menu for our employees?
We send a survey through the app to gather feedback and pick among our options to suit the employees’ taste.
How is food safety ensured for meals at the office?
We constantly monitor temperature and expiration dates; each dish is vacuum-packed and tracked. If a dish exceeds its expiration date, the Smart Fridge automatically locks, preventing it from being opened.
What happens if a meal is not sold by its expiration date?
It is automatically flagged and removed to always guarantee maximum food safety.
How much space does a Smart Fridge take up in the office?
Only 1 m², so it can be easily placed in the break room or cafeteria.
How long does it take to install the Smart Fridge in the office?
Installation takes a few hours and does not require special work.
What is the minimum order quantity to install a smart fridge?
There is no minimum order; we assess it together based on the number of employees and actual needs.
Can we try the Smart Fridge without commitment?
Yes, it is possible to activate a 3-month pilot trial to test the service in your company.
